Crixvet es un servicio operado por el equipo fundador de Crixvet. Estos términos aplican a todos los usuarios de la plataforma.

2. Descripción del servicio

Crixvet es una plataforma de identidad médica digital para mascotas. El servicio permite a los usuarios organizar, almacenar, acceder y compartir información médica relacionada con sus mascotas, incluyendo vacunas, tratamientos, documentos y antecedentes clínicos.

Crixvet no es un servicio de telemedicina veterinaria, no provee diagnósticos, ni reemplaza la consulta con un profesional veterinario calificado.

3. Cuentas de usuario

Para acceder a las funciones completas de Crixvet, es necesario crear una cuenta. Al registrarte, te comprometes a:

• Proporcionar información veraz y actualizada
• Mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales de acceso
• Notificarnos de inmediato ante cualquier uso no autorizado de tu cuenta
• Ser responsable de todas las actividades realizadas desde tu cuenta

4. Uso aceptable

Al utilizar Crixvet, te comprometes a no:

• Usar el servicio para fines ilegales o no autorizados
• Subir contenido que infrinja derechos de terceros
• Intentar acceder a cuentas o datos de otros usuarios

5. Propiedad de los datos

La información que ingresas a Crixvet te pertenece. Crixvet no vende ni cede a terceros los datos de tus mascotas. Puedes exportar, modificar o eliminar tu información en cualquier momento.

Al utilizar el servicio, nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesar y almacenar tu información con el único fin de prestarte el servicio.

6. Aviso médico

Crixvet es una herramienta de organización de información médica. Las funciones asistidas por inteligencia artificial ayudan a clasificar y organizar documentos, no a diagnosticar enfermedades ni a prescribir tratamientos. Para cualquier decisión médica relacionada con tu mascota, consulta siempre a un veterinario certificado.

7. Modificaciones al servicio

Crixvet se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o interrumpir cualquier parte del servicio en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso. Notificaremos a los usuarios sobre cambios significativos a través de los canales disponibles.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

Crixvet no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio. El servicio se proporciona "tal como está", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas.

9. Cambios en los términos

To access the full features of Crixvet, you need to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities carried out from your account

4. Acceptable use

By using Crixvet, you agree not to:
